I also appreciate the conference sponsorship program that covers all expenses during a conference visit. I have used it multiple times to attend conferences. Cons
The office infrastructure consistently falls short of expectations. It's not entirely within our control; mostly, it's the facility owner who responds slowly, and the repairs aren't always of high quality. While the office appears pleasant and the renovation plans were well-conceived, the quality of the results is questionable in places. Small issues frequently disrupt daily work, such as unexpected lack of hot water in the shower or loud construction noises from the neighbouring units.
