Cons
They make out this is a marketing role and try to appeal you young impressionable people who do not have much experience in the working world. They make you feel 'special' during the interview process, but when they begin teaching you sales theory, you can clearly see they used it on you! They lie about a base salary, I worked for months and got paid next to nothing, leaving me with serious money issues. They pretend it's an office role its not. You spend 8 hours a day in a shopping centre selling shell or whoever their client is now. THIS IS NOT A MARKETING ROLE. THIS IS A SALES ROLE. They ensure you are self employed so have no right to money. They tell you about this amazing promotion, but it happens SO infrequently. When you first begin you're told you don't need to work weekends. After the first week i was told if I didn't work 6/7 days a week (from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm) I would never be promoted. Working here was the worst thing I ever did. I was left with no money and my self esteem on the floor. DO NOT WORK HERE
