Pros

there are no cons to give.

Cons

They make out this is a marketing role and try to appeal you young impressionable people who do not have much experience in the working world. They make you feel 'special' during the interview process, but when they begin teaching you sales theory, you can clearly see they used it on you! They lie about a base salary, I worked for months and got paid next to nothing, leaving me with serious money issues. They pretend it's an office role its not. You spend 8 hours a day in a shopping centre selling shell or whoever their client is now. THIS IS NOT A MARKETING ROLE. THIS IS A SALES ROLE. They ensure you are self employed so have no right to money. They tell you about this amazing promotion, but it happens SO infrequently. When you first begin you're told you don't need to work weekends. After the first week i was told if I didn't work 6/7 days a week (from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm) I would never be promoted. Working here was the worst thing I ever did. I was left with no money and my self esteem on the floor. DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

I have been working along side this company for a few years, now I am a full time employee for Superabound. Since the starting date of my employment I have received none stop coaching and support from management team, which is always a bonus when it comes to personal development. The company as a whole is an enjoyable place to work, pleasant staff who are all welcoming and enthusiastic, stunning office building and all round good working ethic, especially from management team. Great atmosphere, keeps you on your toes for sure.

Cons

Although I am contracted hours, occasionally I do have to say later than usual but as I am constantly kept busy I hardly notice the time. ( I suppose longer hours are not a bad thing especially if you are a hard worker!)

Pros

Progression - all the skills needed to run your own company are handed to you on a plate and it is totally up to you what you do with it Environment - awesome working environment with great people, everyone is really friendly and make you feel part of the company from day one. Leadership Skills - you gain skills in interviewing and training which you would get no where else, in a short period of time. You get to manage your own team and really enhance your leadership skills.

Cons

Getting in to the office in the morning for 8 o’clock was difficult when I started because I used to work in bars. After a week or so my body clock changed, this was my only real challenge.
