Pros
If you have a family the perks are awesome. Great career opportunities. If you want to start out somewhere, you can progress up the ladder quickly. Great City working location. Get paid to train and up-skill. A lot of skills are transferable. Stable career option due to the fact that Superannuation is mandatory for all employers.
Cons
The pay is middle range and the bonus scheme is not very good as it doesn't allow flexibility and opportunity to get rewarded better than your team if you perform way better than them. Everyone gets a similar bonus. If you are single, there are no good employee benefits as there is for familiies.
