Nothing as much Pay was average

Top notch designers building innovative ways to sell pharmaceuticals. The folks doing the work when the company was based in NYC really cared about what they were doing and we did good, quality work.

The ownership team really does not show seem to think much about the employees. Before the move to Jersey, the management team would lay off people every few weeks and then try to hire them back as freelancers. It seemed like a cost-shifting move and most of the talent that was not laid off, left.
