Pros

They have pretty damn good benefits. Especially when your significant other piggy backs off of you insurance. The company has a lot of great connections specifically with large local clients/companies. The products that the company produces is actually quite awesome.....WHEN THEY ARE DONE CORRECTLY!!

Cons

There is such a massive disorganization throughout the company that no one wants to fix. Too many people don't want to change their old ways. Which is sad because this company has incredible machines that produce stellar graphics and so much potential. There isn't much room for growth. There is only annual raises. You practically have to threaten to leave the company to get a raise that is actually worth a damn. Bonuses? There's an annual holiday bonus...? Also there are surprisingly very minimal hookups with our clients even though we have a good relationship with them. Which doesn't make too much sense. You would think there would be a give-n-take relationship but it doesn't seem to exist.

Pros

Incentives for diligence and rewards for hard work. Excellent benefits. Team-focused. A booming business even in midst of the pandemic. Management innovates and creates new opportunities for both employees & clients. Safe & welcoming environment for all. I am very happy here.

Cons

Pay is on the low-end, but the working environment balances this out.

Pros

Supergraphics is a solid place to gain real-world manufacturing experience while working with some really recognizable brands. The company runs best when Sales, Project Management, and Production are aligned, and seeing how those teams work together gives you a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle. The culture is fast-paced and very hands-on. People are generally supportive, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork when it comes to meeting deadlines and delivering quality work. Supergraphics is also growing through acquisitions, which has expanded capabilities and opened the door to larger projects and new opportunities. With that growth comes change and challenges, but it’s a good environment for learning, adapting, and building skills across multiple areas of the business.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be demanding at times Growth and acquisitions can bring growing pains, create new challenges, and change can be difficult for anyone.
