Brilliant Company with great Learning potential for the inexperienced - Anonymous employee SuperGrad Employee Review

SuperGrad expertly guided me through the process of getting my first graduate job in a company that suited me through and through. Their tailored training package and plethora of online resources were the perfect addition to my own independent efforts towards interviews and getting that all important job offer. I felt truly comfortable and thoroughly prepared for what I would face at interview after working with SuperGrad.

There are hardly any to mention. I suppose once they are able to grow I would suggest that they grow their staff and employ more recent graduates such as those who have worked in recruitment for a couple of years post graduation. This will aid in their mission to forge a tangible relationship between graduates and them. This is not to say that this has not been the case thus far, but something that could be considered in the future as the business grows. Indeed I don't believe this to be a 'negative' per se.

I had the pleasure of working with Nick, who provided unbelievable support throughout the process. From our first telephone conversation through to the top class training course SuperGrad provide, he has always remained direct and honest, but also very supportive and understanding. I feel that the programme has equipped me for a successful career in recruitment by giving me belief in my ability and the confidence to succeed. SuperGrad also provided amazing employment opportunities with some of top City headhunting firms, significantly improving my career prospects. It's easy to secure lots of interviews, but working with SuperGrad ensures that you only spend your time interviewing with firms that you are genuinely excited about. I would wholeheartedly recommend SuperGrad to any ambitious individual looking to build a serious career in recruitment or sales.
