Part time employees aren’t guaranteed hours

Awesome customers and a pretty good discount. I also loved my staff and the vast majority of my coworkers.

I worked in retail many years prior to this and in retail management for almost 4 years. I’ve had a couple of difficult bosses to deal with, but the regional manager is the most unprofessional, mean spirited person I’ve ever had as a boss. She was constantly living in a state of paranoia, telling me I have a problem with powerful women when I have no such thing, fraudulently accused me of theft and many other egregious gaps in professionalism. For some reason whenever she looks at another person, they look like a mirror to her so whatever poisonous things are going on inside of her she sees that in you. Do yourself a gigantic favor and move on. Broke my heart to see all the customers that have been going there for 30 years, telling me how the place has gone to pot.
