      Incompetent Plant Manager. He is not a leader and know little to nothing about the plant operations. Is a total hypocrite and lacks any leadership skills or education. He knowingly does not follow procedures set up by the customer,

      Pros

      If your good, they will love you, if you suck, you just a number. You will learn a lot from here if you get the right guy to teach you and work with you. Your pay is base on your experience and skill and how you bargain with the employer. Good luck!

      Cons

      Some inexperience welder might make more then you while you trained them, even if they have little to no experience.
