      Pros

      The 4/10 schedule is nice. OT available.

      Cons

      Certain leads are very rude and short toward new people. They aren't interested in training much. Little patience for those who don't catch on within one week. Openly speak negative about you and others who aren't as good as those who've worked there for years. Some people spend their day, every day, socializing, not doing work and it's accepted by management.

      Pros

      Caring leadership that puts effort into keeping employees satisfied at work and organizes multiple company-wide social events every year. Company is in a growing market and has a long list of customers wanting to get in the door so business is very healthy.

      Cons

      Prioritizing revenue increases over ironing out current production wrinkles. Able to push through it now but will likely hit a tipping point eventually.
