      Free Coffee. 50% Discount for employees. Ethical Values. Friendly Kitchen Staff.

      Cons

      Extreme levels of micromanagement from owners. Dishonesty in regards to agreed working hours. Unpredictable shift patterns. 20 minute break isn't enough for the exhausting levels of work you will be undertaking. No written contract. Unrealistic expectations.

      Just put in and not trained, some of the staff were having personal issues. Divorces
