Pros
There are always crabs that they can think to create every day
Cons
* Micromanaged, Make people come into work every single day from 9am-6pm, and you can't be late, however, they call meetings 3-4 times a week from 5:30-6:30 and people have to be in-person. If your home office is in HQ and you call into the meetings via Teams, you'll get scolded. * A multi billion-dollar company which is so cheap to invest in modern tools to help employees perform their jobs. They are still living and using stuffs that invented 30 years ago; very silo, very manual and unorganized * Pulling the titles: People who've been here so long but still don't know what they're talking about, yet because of their titles, they seem to talk non-sense just to make a point * Bad culture: very traditional hierarchical, to the point you have to sit behind your managers, and all the execs in a meeting * Weak benefits * Much Lower salary than industry standards * No work/life balance
