Pros

The salary and benefits are competitive. Most employees truly care about the customers and the company success.

Cons

The company is not organized or process driven from the top down. Instead of being focused on revenue and growth, there is a strange undertone of insecurity and ego leading to micromanagement and serious dysfunction. While new experienced "leaders" have been hired, there are still people in leadership roles with absolutely no experience blocking collaboration and keeping experienced team members from doing their jobs. The CEO is absent and disconnected. The leadership ignores serious problems.

Pros

Super Dispatch offers the chance to work on real product challenges in a complex industry. The team is collaborative, the problems are meaningful, and designers can have visible impact. There is ownership, cross-functional exposure, and plenty of opportunities to contribute.

Cons

The company has good potential, but the design function does not appear to be evolving as quickly as the industry, especially now when AI is rapidly changing product design and team workflows. There seems to be a gap in strong design leadership and management maturity. In particular, tenure alone should not be the main reason for someone to lead a design team. Design leadership requires not only product design skills, but also the ability to coach designers, set clear direction, raise standards, and build a strong design culture. At times, the role can feel more focused on individual contributor work than on leading and developing the team. A more experienced design leader could help the team move faster, improve quality, and create a clearer vision for how design should grow within the company.

Pros

You get a front row seat to what happens when a company collapses from the top.

Cons

- Super Dispatch feels like it is being steered blindly, with damage visible everywhere. - The ceo fixates on cutting costs and pleasing people above him, even when it tears apart the teams doing real work. - Unqualified managers remain in charge with no idea how to lead. - Daily tasks turn into pointless frustration with no clear purpose. - The atmosphere becomes hostile quickly, especially toward capable employee or anyone who speaks up. - Plans change nonstop and priorities constantly clash. - Direction is missing, stability is absent, and morale keeps sinking. - Public legal drama mixed with quiet panic behind the scenes makes everything feel unstable and exhausting.
