Pros
1. Good at benefit 2. Hybrid Working Mode (some department and depends on their leader)
Cons
1. No room for growth, focus on deliver what leader said 2. Less support from HR team (slow response maybe no more people (?)) 3. The company has a very top-down approach / command-and-control culture, where if the leader says A, we must do A. 4. Sometimes there’s a lack of constructive challenge because people are too focused on pleasing the leader rather than solving the actual problem.
