      You’ll know your base schedule week to week

      I don’t know how this company has 4 star average on Glassdoor. Where to begin? Honestly, I have worked for many different security companies and this one has to be the worst. First off, the pay isn’t great. Definitely could be better. the worst part is the disorganization. I have had to work overtime and did not receive my overtime pay. We are forced to stay because of whatever reason, but they don’t have an “on call” schedule or they tell us less than an hour left into the shift. It feels like the employees that actually do what they are supposed to do are the ones being punished. How are we supposed to even have work life balance if we have to be prepared to stay?

      I work in a nice and quiet location all by myself

      Cons

      I had to train myself. It felt like I was back in the military in the beginning with just an SOP to aid me on my first day.
