Dispatch and supervisors are approachable and always willing to listen and help resolve any issues. They provide real support—not just lip service. The company is mission-driven, and you can feel it in the way every team member, from management to drivers, interacts with clients. You’re not just transporting people—you’re helping them get to critical appointments and improving their quality of life. It gives the work real meaning.

Honestly, not many. Like any driving job, traffic and the occasional tough passenger can be challenging, but that’s part of the territory. The company does everything it can to support drivers in those moments.
