Pros
Some of the pros to working here include the ability to move into other departments and work up to being a team lead; if you show your hard work then can move to better paying positions quicker; and other employees are easy to get along with.
Cons
Low pay (minimal compensation as work load increases), significant disconnect between the management and floor, more money driven than employee safety, and restrictive to innovation suggestions from employees on the floor. Most employees do not feel valued here at this company and benefits are mediocre. Management tend to bring a negative atmosphere to the production floor.
