I was immediately put under an incredible amount of pressure from the first week I started there. They were backlogged almost two months and expected me to get them caught up in the first 3 weeks. I came in extra early every day and even came in on a Saturday for no pay. I was told that Salaried people do not get any breaks. I was harassed almost daily by managent who really had no understanding of the machining process whatsoever. When I made suggestions to help get the production done quicker - I was ridiculed and laughed at. Since my teenage years working in fast food I have never been treated this poorly. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy - Horrible place to work!
