      Working with children is a pro.

      Cons

      The management and staff needs a course of how to act like adults. The environment is extremely catty. If you really want to become a teacher don't apply off of Wiley Canyon rd. Your passion working with children will will go away. The turn over rate is extremely high.

      I was able to work closely with families. Help children be prepared for kindergarten.

      Cons

      The parents were at times verbally abusive. The kids have become more & more disrespectful over the years.

      Leadership chooses favorites and least favorites and treats them differently based on that.
