      Pros

      Large groups of kids in many ages to interact with.

      Cons

      Horrible bosses and co workers. Micro managing everything and favouritism. Also was told since they couldn’t contact a previous employer my 10 years meant nothing. Also stated I would get a raise after 3 months and it was never discussed even with me asking about when it could be adjusted.

      Pros

      it’s a good place to start your teaching career, but not for a long-term

      Cons

      Hours will be cut drastically for no reason and they will ask you to stay for overtime and then the next day seeing you for how long you stayed extra yet that day no overtime is allowed even if they asked you to stay for overtime
