Pros
The Administration and majority of the upper level techs and engineers are very helpful in completing the jobs or projects. They work as a team to get the client squared away.
Cons
There is a group in SoCal that is less desirable to work with. Between the Micromanaging taken place and the lack of correcting a particular Lead Technician about his attitude and demeaner the atmosphere is pretty hostile. The other Teams and locations do not seem to have the same atmosphere as that one.
