Laid back environment if you don’t care about commission (depending on the store you more than likely will not get commission and they will lie about the likelihood of it)

Management isn’t the best, continues to make commission goals more and more impossible, hours are based solely on sales so they fluctuate.

Amazing coworkers and customers. Best store-lead is Joe hands down.

You aren't allowed to sit down. No designated breaks. Depending on the store, you will be alone most of the time (sometimes this can be good) Very sales focused, which would be fine if upper management was at all understanding, which they are not, so they will be mad if your sales average goes down so god forbid someone comes in to buy a singular 20$ product and refuses anything else. I was harassed by management multiple times over what music i played in store. People quit left and right for good reason. Expectations are very high for bad pay. Communication is awful. They watch you on cameras like hawks. If you screw up, there is very little forgiveness, it does not matter if you're new.
