      Pros

      Great bonus program! Company really pushes you to make the most money for you and your family in the least amount of time possible! Annual Champions Club trip for Branch Managers and Upper Management! Family oriented! Great environment! Viewed an an individual not a number! Zero layoffs during COVID19 to cut costs like other companies! Advancement opportunities! Great benefits! I could go on and on!

      Cons

      None! If you’re not looking for a career this is not for you! You must be driven, motivated, competitive and ready to hustle to get yours! Like someone told me once “Nothing of nothing is nothing!” If you take care of the company THIS company will take care of you!

      Pros

      Great work/home balance, opportunity to earn monthly bonuses in addition to salary or hourly pay for just getting the job done, lighthearted culture, growth opportunities (they really want their employees to advance to management), honest and direct communication, great benefits etc. The really focus on working to live not living to work.

      Cons

      None. After being employed her for nearly 20 years I can honestly say that I have witnessed more employees take advantage of the company than the company take advantage of the employees.
