Extremely seasonal in our demographic. No option for salary. Pay is strictly draw against commission. The off months can create a lot of anxiety. If pay was salary plus bonus, moral and retention would increase and so would customer satisfaction. Pay definitely doesn't coincide with the higher end brands and what is expected. Makes you feel half of the work you do is for free and unappreciated. With a large group and multiple franchises, the political battle is excessive. Promotions from within are rare, but do happen.
