Pros
The Resort has a strong family atmosphere with plenty of growth opportunities. Hard work is recognized and rewarded and there are tons of great amenities including health care, retirement, and half-off everything in the Resort. I have greatly enjoyed working here and highly recommend it as a great place to work as a first time job, full-time career, or even just an additional means of making a little more money.
Cons
Summer time can often be very busy/crazy The wages in some of the departments start at minimum wage. Was never an issue for me personally, but others have complained. Hours can often be a bit crazy
