Pros

RAD Daniel’s leadership, people trusted him and he developed a strong new team of regionals with real operational background. Seth has really stepped in with a common sense approach to basic issues. Sunrise is lucky to have experienced regionals like him onboard. The business runs different when people have outside experience. Fortunately, Property management has evolved since 1997.

Cons

Slow to grow…rollout of new initiatives and programs lack transparency and proper communication. This has been a problem for 5+ years. Staff Retention struggles
