      Good pay, benefits, opportunities. Great place to work. Staff are great. There's always new job postings to keep things fresh and try something new

      Cons

      Important to have your education in place. Wish management had more interaction with staff working as a team than so separate.

      Pros

      Even though it is a small hospital, however, I really like the people that I work with, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. In addition, I have many opportunities to practice my skills.

      Cons

      The hospital is not very big and it would be nice to have an upgrade to some of the facilities.
