Workload can be immense, but patient care is always the priority.

Physically demanding, got in great shape; learned new tasks daily, positive interactions with residents and their families; day shift, was awarded employee of the quarter and received bonus in my paycheck; able to contribute to aiding in providing quality of life for residents, facility scored 100 percent on state audit test and health standards

Emotionally challenging, short staffed high turnover rate, not enough time to have with each resident because of amount of residents assigned during shift
