As a store manager you can make your own schedule. Unfortunately there are other managers that abuse this advantage and get away with it.

Cons

The stress is intense, so you have to know yourself. Lack of structure, communication and tools to grow.

Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

Cons

Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
