      The environment is challenging, but rewarding. The teams are relatively small, so it is easy to get to know your peers and to be effective.

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
