      Flexible job. No busy work. Take care of your responsibilities and you are left alone

      Cons

      Vacation time isn’t great. No paid leave for dads when you have a kid.

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
