Pros
great salary, good benefits, nice facilities. Casual dress code and relaxed hours, if you have the right manager. Large enough company that there are many teams to move around
Cons
It seems the lower you go on the mgmt ladder, the worse they are. Lots of talking points coming from "on-high" but no real action. Supposed to be in a partnership with ETP, but yet Sunoco must contort our practices to fit with them.
