Pros
People are rewarded based on their hard work, the pay and benefits package is great, there is a lot of opportunities to learn new things, and the employees are a great group of people to work with.
Cons
The company has undergone a lot of changes in the last few years and this has cut back on the growth opportunities. The company has recently been bought by Energy Transfer Partners so the future of each department isn't that clear. 9/80 ends in January 2013. The current headquarters is in an area that doesn't offer much and the building is a mess.
