Cons
This is hands down the worst place I've ever worked. The leaders are incompetent, backstabbing, and downright horrible human beings. Unprofessionalism and profanity are actually encouraged and rewarded here and no one takes accountability for anything. As soon as a person leaves the room, that person immediately becomes the scapegoat for any and every issue being discussed at that moment. Managers are encouraged to micromanage and bully their employees and telling blatant lies are the daily norm at Sunoco. I would not encourage my biggest enemy to work at this company or any affiliate of it (Energy Transfer). Terrible, terrible company full of unethical people! DON'T DO IT!!!
