If you are looking for a career in management, keep looking and do not choose this route. This was the most unrewarding and unfulfilling career I have ever had. . Given vacation and sick days, but cannot ever take it. Work an unheard of amount of hours to the point of severe sleep deprivation. For an employee, not bad if you like doing the job of 3 because they are never staffed. Their training is a joke. If you like to voice your opinion, this is not the place.
