      Good pay, 9x80 schedule, off every other friday, field experience, good co-workers.

      Cons

      unrewarding, long hours, always on call, poor management.

      Pros

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
