      It is a good company looking to go into a managerial position, because they promote from within and take their time to train.

      Cons

      Its only good for new managers because they increase your pay, managers with experience are not considered by experience.

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
