      Pros

      Half Day Fridays, decent pay and benefits, great work/life balance, if you can stand the boring company and boring work for 40 hours every week.

      Cons

      Unfair hiring practices, unqualified mid-level management, painfully extensive hiring process. No efforts to keep the team engaged. Work was not challenging and no upward mobility that I could see.

      Pros

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
