Pros

Working there was one of the best jobs I have ever had. Working in the sales team was amazing, they were all so supportive and helpful. The AUS Sales Manager was one of the best people I have ever worked for. She not only cared about my job and how I performed, but was there for me during personal times and always checked in on how I am doing. Probably one of the most humble people I have ever met. I was devastated to leave and return to university. Probably one of the best managers I have ever had and I hope to work for her again some day.

Cons

To be honest, the only con I had was parking, as on street parking is very limited. A lot of the reviews on here are fabricated. Ex employees tend to create a ‘possy’ and try to bring down the brand and it’s leaders out of spite, but paint the company in a negative picture in which it is not. It’s really disappointing to read these as this seems as they are being written by spiteful teenagers, instead of adults.

Pros

Zero, none! If I could give Zero stars that would be a misrepresentation of how bad this place is. The LA based sales team is so much better than management thinks. And the Australian sales leader is part of the problem, they have their heads up their back sides.

Cons

Where do I start? The prior CeO that was kicked out at the beginning of 2024 was an alcoholic, sexist, racist, liar and complete tool, in the worst of ways. And the new CeO isn't much better, oh he's nice enough in first meetings, and then watch your back. This guy is a snake in sheep's clothing. I was hired to help, to bring newness and revive the US business. I started my new job, traveled to Australia to meet the AU team, and was fired. Apparently I didn't look good enough in person, I didn't "fit the culture" of Sunnylife. Apparently my hair was groomed enough, my nails we not spiffy enough, and my image didn't meet expectations. Oh and I heard from 3 different people since being terminated in my first 2 weeks that "I was too old" for the Sunnylife culture. The best part I probably dodged a bullet. The culture was terrible, very negative, micromanaged, and second guesses everything.
