I would give 0 stars if I could.

Awful place to work, team culture is poor, Management does not take on feedback. Overworked.

My direct management was extremely hands on and helpful with what ever we needed. They were flexible on shift swapping and taking Time off. The pay was also good

Upper management made Alot of changes everything thing became about saving money and Alot of the staff felt like we could not provide the best possible care to our clients because of this.
