This is a great place to work if you don't like being micro-managed. You get client's and can create your own schedule. Working with the clients is extremely rewarding and as a therapist you can make your own lessons to help with the clients targets.
Cons
If a client cancels you don't get paid, most therapists are not employees and sub-contractors so there are not any benefits.
