UM Nurse - Anonymous employee Sunflower State Health Plan Employee Review

Horrible, toxic work environment, favoritism. People in positions they are not qualified for or experienced. Punitive, very poor upper management at SHP. Big turnover, workers not happy here. Let good people go and keep poor employees- makes no sense. Not focused on what they are supposed to be doing-taking care of medicaid members. Atmosphere not good for work environment, most staff looking for other employment. No work life balance at all.
