Little Opportunities for Advancement - Anonymous employee Sunflower State Health Plan Employee Review

I was at the company for a year. Though it is taught during orientation that there are many opportunities for growth and advancement, this is not true if you are not a nurse. There are few opportunities that open up that don't require you to be a RN and those that do can easily be filled by friends of directors and executives. The company lacks diversity in leadership. The managers, directors, and vice presidents do not consist of any minorities.
