      The environment there is pretty laid back and relaxed. Business casual attire, breakfast on Fridays and friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Beware of bonus structures offered to you in your compensation package. More than likely, you won't receive a bonus and it's offered to you to save money on payroll. Management is questionable along with their decision making skills.

      They try and watch their overhead to keep the cost down to the consumer but their can be a slight difficulty with communication at times.

      Cons

      Everyone works very hard for you and they truly care about the customer.
