Consistent Schedule and Pay Arrives on Time. PTO doesn't expire over year.
Cons
No 401K option. Getting insurance or PTO takes off $2 an hour each per option selected. (Mathematically works out that it's better to take PTO than get $2) No holiday pay, yet forced to take off for holidays.
