Pros

I worked with some amazing female leaders.

Cons

It took me a while to decide to write this but I feel its my duty to warn others about this company. I saw the warnings on here before I accepted the role and ignored them thinking it was just a disgruntled employee but now I can say, believe them. Broken, toxic, abusive, disorganized, dysfunctional, anxious, and bizarre are just some of the words I can use to describe my experience at this company. Sunday being an absent "leader" creates chaos at all levels. There is zero overall direction because no one is in charge. There is no go-to market strategy because product road maps don't exist. The only culture that is exists is one of fear, abuse, lies, and gas lighting. I left after being ghosted by my boss for months. She never even responded when I resigned. That and being on the receiving end of a racist rant from one of the sales leaders was the straw that broke the camels back. No one should be subjected to the kind of turmoil happening at Sunday Riley. Also, this is a low energy move, but I would prob question the positive reviews on here. The company has a reputation for falsifying that information (google it) and I just want to make sure people know the truth.

Pros

its a job that pays the bills

Cons

* the founder/owner has zero connection with the field sales team and could care less who works for her. * there is absolutely ZERO company culture. It's every man for themselves. * the policies often don't comply and violate state laws. * There is no follow-through with what's promised from corporate * complete disorganization at the top of the chain plagued and negatively impacted performance of the field employees * lacked transparency and communication from leaders. * zero opportunities for growth. * benefits were cheap and continued to decline year over year, and employees had to pay maximum out of pocket for a decent medical insurance program
