      Pros

      I always felt valued and like a part of the family. Sundance was a place to learn a lot about renewable energies, and the people that know there importance.

      Cons

      I must say that I don't miss all the meetings.....sometimes they really cut into the work I had to do!!

      Pros

      Working in the field of renewable energy was gratifying and rewarding, however...

      Cons

      The work environment is not safe for women, or anyone really. Upper management turns a blind eye to documented abuse. The CEO himself is one of the most verbally abusive people I have ever met. Numerous people have quit because of the company culture and toxic environment which leads to high turnover and a chaotic workplace. DO NOT WORK HERE. Additionally, the pay is way way below industry standards. Installers do the hardest work and only make $14/hour. It’s a joke.
