Definitely not like it was a few years ago - Customer Experience Manager Sunburst Digital Employee Review

Sunburst Digital has taken great strides in 2018 to grow. The team is very supportive and more than willing to help one another grow and work towards their true potential. They're doing not only what is right for the employees, but also for the customers and truly understanding their needs. New ideas are not only supported, but encouraged and rewarded.

As some one that's seen both the best and worst of Sunburst, many of the reviews you see on here were, unfortunately, at one point true. With new management, the company has done a complete turnaround. You aren't going to get the experience you are with a well established company, but you will be part of a growing company where every voice is heard. Turnover was high in the past, but the staff has remained the same for months and many old employees are even returning because of the changes.

Some instances of alcohol on Fridays, and also at open availability in the break room. In my time there, I had one (note, one) guy I chat with often who was always super nice to me. Office was generally quiet and on task, with a professional environment that was tolerable and acceptable.

Terrible employee conduct, work ethic, and company ethic in general. Little to no communication, between me and my super and coworkers as a whole. Frequent loss of checks in the Accounting department with no clear explanation as to why. Though I was not fired, they told me I was being let go without prior warning (I was trying to get an apartment with my boyfriend at the time, and they knew this...), and that within the two and a half months of having worked there that I had not "lived up to their expectations", despite having no experience in finance before then.
