      More relaxed than most work places. Every day is different. You get to drive to places you would not normally see in other jobs.

      Cons

      It can be a bit unorganized at times. Some of the workload can be unrealistic. Can work/drive long hours. Pay is not the best.

      Pros

      HR listens to you... only to lead you into circles and yard walks with uppermanagment ( yard walks are for conversations that never happened)

      Cons

      I have had a series of managers at Sunbelt. 5 out 6 managers were backstabing low quality clump of cells.
