      Pros

      Not micromanaged at all, lots of freedom considering I’m a junior with no previous experience. Healthy office culture and I am assigned tasks at my skill level that are progressively more challenging as I learn and develop. Flexible hours (eg 7-3,8-4,9-5,etc)

      Cons

      Big company so things move slowly, people are sometimes hard to get a hold of.

      Pros

      HR listens to you... only to lead you into circles and yard walks with uppermanagment ( yard walks are for conversations that never happened)

      Cons

      I have had a series of managers at Sunbelt. 5 out 6 managers were backstabing low quality clump of cells.
