Pros

Great onboarding process for new employees Plenty of support from coworkers Will gain a lot of experience with customer service and knowledge on the equipment Will work with not only sales reps but service as well Great team atmosphere A ton of emphasis on safety for employees and customers

Cons

You can be easily overlooked since it is such a big company. No one will care about your tenure or how much experience you have under your belt If you work out in the field do not expect the support office to be "supportive". Most don't know what they are doing or just show little interest in helping. Don't expect timely (or none at all) responses if you reach out to some departments CRM they use called Wynne is extremely outdated and not user friendly Don't expect a lot of growth with this company especially if you don't have good connections with a higher up. You'll be expected to stay put until someone quits, retires, leaves, or gets fired The corporate office does whatever they want at any time. They will roll out new things for the field just to keep up with competition. No guidance or instructions all learn on the fly. If you do not enjoy customer service DO NOT TAKE A JOB IN THE FIELD. Depending on certain situations there can be a disconnect between inside sales, outside sales, and service. Each department is told different procedures and it will feel like no one is on the same page and nothing gets resolved. The issues get repeated. Certain accounts get away with way too much as far as billing and credit issues go and no one takes the time to investigate what happened before issuing a credit. Pay is not much for inside sales and benefits aren't that great

Pros

company truck, company gas, expense account

Cons

Coercive Non-Competes: Instead of retaining talent through fair pay and competent leadership, management uses overreaching non-compete agreements to trap their workforce. Seeing colleagues like Zane bogged down by these heavy-handed tactics shows a fundamental lack of respect for employees' career mobility. Pervasive Micromanagement: Leadership insists on controlling minor details, bottlenecking progress and alienating competent employees. The Sunk Cost Fallacy: Instead of learning from mistakes, senior leaders consistently double down on poor decisions, driven by an unwillingness to admit fault. The Peter Principle in Action: The executive team suffers from an overinflated sense of their own acumen, which barely masks a fundamental lack of competence. People have clearly been promoted to their level of incompetence.
